PROFILE: Surprisingly one of the few Latin gay clubs in Miami, Azucar (Spanish for sugar) serves up a sweet array of goodies all week. You'll find a mixed crowd (everything from lesbians and feather-filled drag queens to gay boys and straight couples looking for some action), lots of hip swaying music, cabaret style shows and more. Here's the schedule: Wednesday is all about lady lovin' ladies. This popular night packs them in, especially on the last Wednesday of the month when as, an added bonus, female strippers, drink specials and even a special show is thrown in.
