*Carpentry, including doors, windows, hardwood floors, partitions, trim work, including crown moldings, hurricane shutters, installation of window treatments, cabinet installations, courtertops, kitchen renovations.
*Mechanical, including air conditioning replacements, condensing units, air handlers and coil cleaning
*Electrical, including all types of lighting, ceiling fan installations, fixtures, breakers, rewiring
*Painting, including custom indoor and exterior painting, caulking, and waterproofing
*Plumbing, including all types of fixtures, toilet repair and installation, tub refinishing, tile installation and repair, bathroom remodeling.
*Landscaping, including tree trimming, shrub and flower planting
*Exterior, including sidewalk and asphalt repairs
*Service rate is $30 per hour with a 2 hour minimum (negotiable depending on job)
