Ad Submission Guidelines

If we are designing your ad:

Please send any graphics, photos, logos or other materials to be used in your ad to artwork@gaysouthflorida.com

If you have specific instructions as to what text you want included and how you want it placed, please include those instructions with your artwork.

Customer supplied ads:

South Florida Pride Pages is not responsible for customer supplied ads. Customer supplied ads MUST be print ready, 300 dpi resolution or higher, and sized to the correct dimensions or they will not be accepted. Any ad requiring manipulation by our Art Dept. will incur a $75 design charge payable prior to publication - NO EXCEPTIONS. We prefer ads submitted in high res pdf format. Also acceptable are jpeg or tiff formats. We can also accept native Corel Draw, Photoshop and Illustrator files. Make sure that fonts are included or embedded. Submit all artwork to:

If you are designing your own ad, please remember that this publication is printed on non-glossy, newsprint paper. This means that fine lines and small fonts will tend to disappear. It is important that you use bolder lines and type to compensate for ink bleeds during printing. Remember, we cannot "unprint" your ad once the directory is printed. So, if you are unsure how to design your ad for optimum results, please consider paying the $75 to have us do it. It is far better to invest a little more and have a well designed ad than to try to save a few dollars and be disappointed with your ad after it's too late.
